Guys! We're at the season 1 finale!!! I realize all of this screaming and general effusiveness may be annoying, but I can't believe we've already finished the first season. Plus, admit it. This episode is pretty spectacular.
Three simple words make this entire episode. Thousand. Yellow. Daisies.
I hope you enjoy squealing along with us. Pardon the sound quality and what probably seemed like random fits of giggles. We were recording in a car with the windows open outside of our favorite bar. Turns out it was too crowded to go inside, and we were trying really hard not to be the weird girls in the car talking about Gilmore Girls into a phone.
Once you're done, hit us up on Twitter, Pinterest or in the comments and let us know what you're favorite part was. Also, share with us the most Gilmore thing you did this week.

Ahhhh!!! Are you as excited as we are about the upcoming season 1 finale?! We are so close.
This week Scarlet and I are talking about episodes 19 (Emily in Wonderland) and 20 (P.S. I lo...), so pop in your DVDs (wait, do you guys own watch these digitally?) and grab your pop tart appetizer. There is quite a bit going on in these two episodes, including Emily in tennis shoes touring Stars Hollow, awkward Luke is awkward, Rachel and Lorelai bonding, and all the teen feelings.
In honor of Emily's offer to have their cook make Rory pop tarts, we're including links to two recipes for making your own pop tarts. I don't know about you, but I kind of want to give these a try!
I'm smitten (rim shot!) for these Smitten Kitchen homemade pop tarts.
For a simpler pop tart, try some of the recommendations Emma of A Beautiful Mess offers up!
Get ready for the season finale on March 28! We're cooking up some fun surprises.
We're back this Friday with a special mini episode where we discuss Lauren Graham. Trust me--it's a little more interesting than listening to us read from an IMDB page We hope you're as big LG fans as we are!
We'll be back on Sunday with our regular episode reviewing season 1.
